The Black young man in this video is Joshua Luito Molal. The video is from October 7th, when Hamas broke into Israel, raped, murdered, kidnapped, and burned hundreds of people alive.
Joshua Luito Molal was a 21 year-old Tanzanian student, sent to Israel to take advantage of their agricultural program. Israel has many of these non governmental organizations that provide training, and even paid internships to young aspiring entrepreneurs and farmers. They often send them back home expecting nothing in return. Joshua was so excited to learn and bring back his knowledge to his home country to start his own business.
That will never happen now.
Hamas brutally tortured and murdered this young man as he, as clearly shown here, was pleading for his life.
At the heart of Islamist groups like Hamas, Hezbollah, Al-Shabaab, and others, is an intense disdain for and outright hatred of Black Africans. It is a big part of what kicked off the Arab slave trade of Africans in the 7th century, and it’s a large part of why that slave trade still continues in 2023.
For Hamas, this is not about justice, resistance, or freedom for the Arab Palestinian people. This is an imperialist conquest. That was the case when Arabia expanded to much of North Africa and the Middle East, and that continues to be the case now.
I’m behind on this, but I’m supposed to write a piece about this in an awesome publication called White Rose Magazine. There are already a few on this topic as they are doing a series. Mine will be up soon.
In the meantime, don’t look away. Watch this. Now.
Watch this and know that the same people who committed all the atrocities against Israel on October 7th have done the same things to their own people in Gaza since they took power in 2007, and they will do the same to me and you.
This is beyond heartbreaking. Joshua was an innocent civilian caught by the barbarity of Hamas. My heart bleeds for him and his family. May his memory be a blessing. October 7,
2023. We will never forget. 💔😢
This video and all like them should be shown in our high schools and every college classroom so these “students” understand what it is they support. Thank you for sharing your perspective.
